BED BOND Chemical Anchor 300ML

BED BOND is a bonded anchor made of styrene-free polyester resin that can be used in various applications, including in concrete and masonry applications.

• Drill a hole to the required depth and diameter for the stud size
• Clean the hole thoroughly with a brush and hand pump
• Insert the cartridge into the gun and attach the nozzle
• Inject the resin into the hole, slowly withdrawing the nozzle as the hole fills to 70% of its depth
• Insert the stud, slowly and with a slight twisting motion
• Remove excess resin around the hole before it sets
• Attach the fixture and tighten the nut to the required torque

The setting time of a bonded anchor depends on the resin type and temperature, BED Bond is quick drying in just a few minutes.
